What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?: To be without my family
Where would you like to live?: Wherever my family is but, if I could take them with me, somewhere near the ocean
What is your idea of earthly happiness?: To know what love is and to be able to appreciate all that life has to offer
Who are your favorite heroines in real life?: Maya Angelou and Princess Diana
Your favorite painter?: My grandfather
Your favorite musician?: It changes but, at the moment, Adele.
The quality you most admire in a man?: Compassion, intelligence and a sense of humor
The quality you most admire in a woman?: Wit and compassion
Your favorite virtue?: Courage
Your favorite occupation?: Writer
Who would you have liked to be?: Anyone who was deeply passionate about something.
Your most marked characteristic?: I think my need to be needed and to have my feelings and actions reciprocated by others
What do you most value in your friends?: empathy and dependability
What is your principle defect?: I think I tend to have high expectations for myself and those who are closest to me.
What to your mind would be the greatest of misfortunes?: To not be a better person tomorrow than I am today.
What would you like to be?: Some sort of artist--singer, musician, painter but most likely a dancer
What is your favorite color?: I agree that beauty lies in the harmony of colors but I love all the many shades of purple, red and gold.
What is your favorite flower?: Sunflower
Who are your favorite prose writers?: Toni Morrison comes to mind.
Who are your favorite poets?: June Jordan, Maya Angelou, Nikki Giovanni, Alice Walker, Carolyn Marie Rodgers, Paul Laurence Dunbar...
What is it you most dislike?: I despise any type of selfish behavior though that's not to say I haven't been selfish at times.
What natural gift would you most like to possess?: Some sort of musical or artistic ability would be great.
How would you like to die?: At peace, loved and content with the life I've lived
What is your present state of mind?: Frustrated because I don't have all the answers when I feel as though I should.
What is your motto?: "All the knowledge I possess everyone else can acquire but my heart is all my own" and "Seek not outside yourself"
