What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?: to have gotten everything you ever wanted. what would there be, then, to hope for?
Where would you like to live?: in venice or reykjavik or oxford!
What is your idea of earthly happiness?: being able to find inspiration everywhere, and to have unconditional, fairy tale love
To what faults do you feel most indulgent?: self-absorption caused by the fear of not being good enough
Who are your favorite heroes of fiction?: proust said it perfectly: "those of romance and poetry, those who are the expression of an ideal rather than an imitation of the real"
Who are your favorite characters in history?: consuelo de saint-exupéry, leonardo da vinci, oscar wilde, audrey hepburn, and of course proust.
Who are your favorite heroines in real life?: those who refuse to accept the world's cruelties and try to make them better.
Who are your favorite heroines of fiction?: those who remind me of who i want to be

The quality you most admire in a man?: sensitivity, chivalry, creativity, intelligence
The quality you most admire in a woman?: kindred spirits!
Your favorite virtue?: is love a virtue?
Your favorite occupation?: reading and dreaming and loving
Who would you have liked to be?: i don't think that i am old enough to have regrets about who i am
Your most marked characteristic?: poignancy and gentleness
What do you most value in your friends?: whatever it is in our minds or hearts that made us find each other :)
What is your principle defect?: fear
What to your mind would be the greatest of misfortunes?: to never find somebody who truly knows me
What would you like to be?: more carpe diem-ish!

What is it you most dislike?: when things don't meet my expectations
What historical figures do you most despise?: i'm going to go with proust's answer, "i am not sufficiently educated to say"
What event in military history do you most admire?: i don't admire much about miltary history, or i just don't know enough about it
What natural gift would you most like to possess?: perfection. but is that natural?
How would you like to die?: with grace.
What is your present state of mind?: possibly maybe in love :)
What is your motto?: i don't have one in particular
