What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?: hot sun, a thong bikini, a lot of people freak dancing, basically the Hedonism resort in Jamaica
Where would you like to live?: a vast attic-like black and gold palace made to look like a romani mansion on very high stilts above a prairie meadow, with wildflowers for a basement and not a mouse in sight
What is your idea of earthly happiness?: constant exposure to art, music, film, literature with quiet but slightly absurd companions in a world full of non-violent people where I can be alone for days or invisible in a crowd in an eccentric wardrobe of silks, lace and velvet
To what faults do you feel most indulgent?: flights of fancy, anthropocentrism, moodiness, fetishes for madness and sunken chests
Who are your favorite heroes of fiction?: Cyrano de Bergerac, Hamlet, David Bowman, Ziggy Stardust, The Little Prince

The quality you most admire in a woman?: feminism, openness to feeling and strength and the same time, not believing that men are better or that one should strive to be mannish or unemotional

Your favorite occupation?: spinning tales, wools, in circles or any matter of spinning at all for that matter
Who would you have liked to be?: a disco queen who did all the heroin she liked and never died but volunteered in a garden everyday without sickness and wrote poetry for the young and elderly by occupation
Your most marked characteristic?: polarizing, "intense," odd-humored, free-flowing thoughts in subject and peculiar speech, heartfelt but ambiguous
What do you most value in your friends?: they must always be expected to say something unexpected and, of course, reassurance, manners, outsider status, a love for the newness of the old
What is your principle defect?: near-inability to connect with others, agoraphobic paranoia, full-blown subjectivity to a fault
What to your mind would be the greatest of misfortunes?: my soulmate dying tomorrow or my dying before my soulmate when we are very old, leaving him alone at perhaps too late a time to start over

What are your favorite names?: latinate names like Aurora, one-syllable nicknames that stick, like Pup, Scout or Meem
What is it you most dislike?: misogyny
What historical figures do you most despise?: Reagan, Marie Antoinette, Bob Dylan, Abbie Hoffman, Napoleon, Nietzsche (dislike for their historical influence, more so than despise for their personhood).
What event in military history do you most admire?: I don't personally admire anything having to do with the military, but probably Napoleon's defeat at Waterloo is of the most interest
What natural gift would you most like to possess?: purity, goodness, saintliness
How would you like to die?: dancing in the sun or moonlight at a very old age
What is your present state of mind?: I am very distracted, and yes, strangely uncomfortable with having to manufacture these answers in some dull reflection of myself; pained and irritable.
What is your motto?: "Pretend this is rea."l/"pretend this isn't real." Maybe that makes me pretentious, but I like to pretend to pretend--to trick my mind, subvert reality and recognize alternate realities.
